Nature of Services: We provide professional consulting services that may include (but are not limited to) strategy sessions, project-based consulting, coaching calls, or digital deliverables such as reports and analyses.
Delivery Method:
Virtual Meetings: Services are primarily delivered via virtual meetings (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms).
Digital Deliverables: When applicable, final reports, documents, or other outputs are shared electronically via email, secure cloud sharing, or other agreed-upon digital platforms.
Timeline: Delivery timelines are agreed upon during the project scoping phase. We make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines but may require extensions due to unforeseen circumstances or dependencies on client-provided information.
No Refunds for Services Rendered: Once a service session has been conducted or a deliverable has been provided, no refunds are available unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations—such as if you have prepaid for a block of services and wish to discontinue before using all remaining sessions—you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the services.
Deposit and Retainer Fees: Some services may require a deposit or retainer fee. These fees are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific contract or agreement.
Disputed Charges: If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us at tom@sherwoodsaasmarketing.com within 3 days of receiving the invoice. We will review the issue and respond promptly.
Advance Notice: To cancel or reschedule a consulting session, we require a minimum of 24 hours/days’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur additional fees.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel less than 4 hours/days before the scheduled session or fail to attend, the full session fee may apply. Exceptions can be made at our discretion for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Project-Based Engagements: For longer-term or project-based engagements, you must provide written notice of cancellation. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly, and any prepaid, unused portion of fees may be refunded based on the terms outlined in your specific agreement.
We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Your continued use of our services after any changes to these policies indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
